Create your own Medicine Portal Painting through a Sacred Art Process where the Unconscious becomes visible.
Art is the mirror of the artist's soul, capturing raw emotions, personal struggles, and silent truths that everyday words fail to express.
Through art, we connect to the unconscious and to our true essence. Making visible what otherwise remains in the dark.
Through the connection to our Inner Artist, we remember the creator being that we are, the God Spark that is our true essence.
Guided through a process of different layers connected to the elements, you will paint your own Medicine Portal that will hold your essence and the medicine that you need.
On the way, releasing what no longer serves you and is holding you back from stepping into a more authentic version of yourself, a freer version of yourself.
With a clear Intention for your Portal Painting (e.g. Inner child healing, Life Purpose, Ancestral Connection or Healing, Womb Healing,…..)
I will guide you through different steps and layers, each connected to a different element, a different quality, and part of you.
With each layer, we go deeper within ourselves, connecting to different colors and frequencies.
Each brushstroke is a prayer to meet yourself, your truth, and remembrance of Divine Love.
At the end of the process, you will have created your own Medicine Portal Painting, holding your essence and medicine that is uniquely yours and will continue to support you on your journey.
Process:
about 7 layers (depending on my Intuitive Guidance)
1. Start:
1 st Session: 1-1,5 Hours Online
opening of the Sacred Space Connecting to the Intention and painting of the first Layer
2. Selfpaced:
In the next layers, you will continue the process on your own in your own time. For every layer (2-7), you will receive audio and/or video guidance explaining the layers. May also include small meditations and/or questions for you to sit with and journal.
You will also receive access to my Spotify playlist with music for each layer.
3. Final:
2nd Session: 1-1,5 Hour Online
Closing of the Sacred Space and answering remaining questions
4. Integration:
Telegramm support for 7 Days during the Integration Portal
Invitation to share if something rises and be witnessed
What you will need:
1. Canvas in the size of your choice
2. Brushes of different sizes
3. Acrylic and/or Watercolours
Nice to have are Acrylic Pens in different colours e.g. gold, white
4. A quiet and safe space
5. Each Process and layer is different but you can calculate about 1 hour for each layer
